Growth strategy
The general growth strategy of our company is diversification, by recruiting new staff on yearly basis, by keeping up-to-date with new laws and regulations.
Our apprenticeship programme employs young people who have completed their high school and can’t go to university or left university due to financial circumstances, by assisting them with their studies while offering them valuable experience on the job.
