Quality and credit policies

If no complaint is received within 5 working days upon receipt of our service, we will regard our services as being completed to your satisfaction

If no complaint has been received and you failed to make payment within reasonable time, we will regard the lack of payment as notice that our services are no longer required.

In order to promote our customers credit profile, we have registered with the credit bureau.

The client payment profile with the credit bureau will be updated with the following codes:

  • POT    -           If payment reflect within 15 working days on our bank account

  • GP      -           If payment reflect within 20 working days on our bank account

  • DNP   -           If payment did not reflect within 21 working days on our bank account

  • PP       -           If partial payment is received.

The meaning of the above codes is as follows:

  • POT    -           Paid on time and in full

  • GP      -           Grace period

  • DNP   -           Did not pay

  • PP       -           Partial payment

We offer discount on early settlements on invoices as follows:

  • 7.5%     Settlement discount on invoices settled within 5 working days
  • 5%        Settlement discount on invoices settled within 10 working days
  • 2.5        Settlement discount on invoices settled within 15 working days 

We also offer our customers the option to pay a monthly retainer towards our invoices, with an aditional 2.5% discount on all invoice.
